Our client, a successful multi-generational company founded over 40 years ago, recognized the need for expertise as the CEO began to consider retirement and the need to develop a succession plan for the business.  While the next generation were active in the business, and ambitious to take over, they were not yet equipped to step in.  We worked with the family to create a transition plan, manage family dynamics, and create development plans for the next generation in order to position them to be highly effective leaders of the business.
